I Can Peplum too... Sorta

These pics did not turn out very well... they all look like outtakes.

This is what I wore to work the day before Independance Day. I got this top recently while shopping with Josie, I don't know how I feel about the cap sleeves. I kinda want them off.

Patriotic earrings...

And Patriotic shoes. I like to dress themed. :)

Top - Marshall's
Earrings - Forever21
Belt - Thrifted
Bag - Love Culture
Jeggings - Vera Wang via Kohl's
Shoes - GoJane
Old Sunnies - Alloy

And as per usual, we sat on my mom's rooftop and saw all the fireworks from every direction. This has been the best year for fireworks for us. There were TONS of people on our street and our neighborhood with the big illegal fireworks. It was like everyone put on a show just for us.

  5. Oooh, awesome! Yeah this year was just a good year for fireworks here too. I love dressing themed, and those Lita look-alikes are so perfect for that! I love them :)
Also, thanks for the advise...if he asks again I'll probably tell him that.

  6. Love your patriotic shoes! Cap sleeves always bug me too. They feel so indecisive. Do you want to be a sleeve or not? Make up your mind! :P

I was going to go see a fireworks display in the park, but it was PACKED so, being the anti-social idgit that I am, I turned back around and went home. lol. On the highway, I was surrounded by TONS shows and it was gorgeous!

  9. The peplum silhouette def works on you as does the colour burgundy. I know what you mean about cap sleeves, i find (on me) they hit in an awkward place. I think you're good though, you look great :)

  13. That peplum top is so cute!! I'm not sure about what to do with the cap sleeves either. It doesn't look bad to me, but it might be cute as a tank too! And those shoes are awesome! I saw them on GoJane's website and I thought they were so cool! Hope you have a great weekend! <3
